Data we collect

When you create an account we store your name and email address. When you purchase a webinar we store the purchase, the amount, and payment references from our payment processor (Stripe). When you join a live session we record the time you clicked to join. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

We use your data to deliver the webinars you bought, send you receipts and reminders, give you access to replays and materials, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and run the site. With your consent we also use optional analytics and error-monitoring cookies to improve the product. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account page.

• Export. We generate a JSON file of your account details, purchases, and activity, and give you a private, time-limited download link.
• Deletion. When you request deletion, your account is disabled immediately (you are signed out and can no longer sign in) and scheduled for permanent erasure 30 days later. We keep this short window so accidental or fraudulent deletions can be reversed.
• What is erased after 30 days: your email and name are removed, your authentication account is deleted, and the IP address and device details attached to any join records are cleared. Any pending emails to you are cancelled.
• What is retained: records of purchases and refunds are kept for tax and accounting purposes, but with your personal identifiers removed. Our payment processor retains its own transaction records independently.
