Before the session
You can request a full refund any time before a live webinar begins. Contact us and we’ll return the full amount to your original payment method.
If we cancel
If we cancel a session and do not provide a replay you can access, you receive a full refund automatically.
After the session
Because each purchase unlocks the live session plus its replay and materials, refunds after a session has taken place are considered case by case. Reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. To request a refund, email lactancia.mitos@gmail.com.
